Our Six Point Interior Design Process
POINT ONE - Consultation / UnderstandingClient schedules a complimentary in-home consultation with designer to discuss design goals, needs and budget. This is a mutual interview process to get to know each other as well as to see the clients space. An in-home visit is needed to accurately develop a design direction for the project. POINT TWO - Design AgreementBased on the initial meeting, a Design Agreement will be presented for client approval. This is a signed agreement between the client and designer that outlines the scope of project and the fee for design services. iDesign 4 Interiors, LLC offers one hourly rate for design consultation only and a second lower hourly rate for purchasing clients. Design Fee is paid in full at this time. POINT THREE - Design Concept FormationAfter completing your Design Agreement, work begins on developing your design plan. Designer will work with you to determine individual preferences and requirements. Designer will prepare drawings and other materials to generally illustrate Designer’s suggested interior design concepts. POINT FOUR - Client Concept PresentationAfter being presented with design concepts for approval, client makes final selections. Estimates of costs will be prepared based on final selections. POINT FIVE - ImplementationContractors and appropriate trades personnel will be recommended if needed. A deposit of 50% is required to order product through iDesign 4 Interiors, LLC, with balance due upon delivery or installation. POINT SIX - *Dream RealizedFinally, we coordinate ordering, manufacture, delivery and installation or placement of purchased products and services. At last we see your project come together!
