iDesign 4 Interiors' Kelly Hudson and Susan VerPlank participated in the Milwaukee/NARI Golf Outing & Silent Auction to support foundation giving. The outing had more than 120 players who helped to generate significant funds to support the efforts of the Milwaukee/NARI Foundation. The iDesign 4 Interiors Brookfield interior design firm is extremely pleased to support this awesome cause and share a wonderful day with fellow business leaders who care.

Anna Janke was one of only three people awarded the 2010 Milwaukee / NARI Employee of The Year award! Anna serves as Operations Manager and Brookfield interior designer for iDesign 4 Interiors and was nominated by Kelly Hudson, iDesign 4 Interiors, LLC owner, in response to the key role that she has played in helping Kelly to take the company from new start-up to a highly successful interior design business in Brookfield, WI.
In her nomination for the award, Kelly highlighted Anna's selflessness, positive and professional work ethic, commitment to work at all hours when needed, ability to motivate and support the team and effective balancing of life as a wife and mother of a young child.
Kelly wants to thank Anna again for her dedication, creativity, passion for success and friendship. Congratulations ANNA!

Kelly Hudson, owner of the iDesign 4 Interiors interior design studio in Brookfield, WI, converted an old lakefront cottage on Lake Beulah into a cute, cozy, romantic getaway - the Beulah Cove Vacation Cottage. The previous owner of the cottage had spent summers there for half a century with few updates. As the new owner, Kelly envisioned rustic, but updated spaces that would serve more modern tastes, but retain the ambiance of a small lake cottage. The result presents visitors with the warm glow of pine panels surrounding nautical themed furnishings and color palette.
Combined with the forested lot, quiet "dead-end" street and view of protected wetlands below morning sunrises, there can be no better place for a hot cup of coffee and a book.

Will your home be ready for summer guests? We all have this happen to us, at least in the Midwest it does. We're still braving the cold and changeable weather and dream of summer, but it seems so very far away. It's really not. At least, it's not for interior designers. After all, it takes a bit to help you to come up with your dream vision. Then it takes a while to plan it all out. Finally, the window treatments, interior and/or patio furniture and such have to be ordered, shipped, installed... Wouldn't it be nice to get a jump on all of that and begin summer with a new or freshened look to your home?
Don't get caught wishing you had renewed your home's interior design after you're already back outside. Take a moment right now to look at your home through your "summer eyes" inside and outside and see what might make this summer that much more enjoyable. "Think spring" with your home decorating and get a little warmth started early.

iDesign 4 Interiors, LLC is pleased to announce that Anna Janke was awarded the 2009 "Residential - Unique/Custom" Bronze interior design award by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Wisconsin Chapter. Anna, who also serves as Operations Manager, helped to realize the dream of a pregnant customer who wanted her nursery to be designed with the child's gender in mind, but didn't want to know the gender in advance. Anna "conspired" with the husband to realize the dream in secret to the pleasant surprise of the client.
